You will be asked at checkout to agree to all of the below terms and conditions before completing your purchase. By completing checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All sales are final. If you get a new job, change your mind, etc., after submitting payment, CBP is under no obligation to refund services.
You are responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying your documents’ accuracy before submitting them to job applications or networking. You are under no obligation to use any advice, suggestions, or documents provided by CBP and choose to do so at your discretion.
CBP does not guarantee success utilizing provided advice as hiring consists of many variables, including timing, location, industry, level of experience etc. This service offers CBP’s opinion on what would be best for your search. You are under no obligation to use any information provided. Hiring is highly subjective, and there is no one true "right" or "wrong" way to construct a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. While we would love for everyone to find a job after utilizing our services, it's entirely possible that you won't.
CBP is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the advice/suggestions/documents given. If the buyer uses the provided advice/suggestions/documents, they do so at their discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events and schedule changes may occur. To ensure fairness to all clients and efficiently manage our appointments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellations: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel if they cannot attend a session, to avoid incurring this fee.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, they will be charged the full cost of the session. This fee will be charged to the client's registered payment method. Please understand that no-shows prevent us from offering the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. We will evaluate each emergency cancellation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via email or text message. However, it is the client's responsibility to remember their appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations and no-shows.
By booking an appointment with our career coaching practice, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient appointment scheduling system for all clients.
